Join educators, caregivers and parents for The Collaboration's 9th Annual Symposium on Saturday, February 25, 2012 from 8:00am - 3:00pm at Percy Julian Middle School, located at 416 S. Ridgeland, Oak Park, IL 60302. The keynote address will be delivered by Dr. Antonia Demas, Ph.D., an accomplished educator and nutritionist who is passionate about the learning and health improvements that occur when children have positive, sensory-based, hands-on experience with food.
